IMGeAI ("us", "we", or "our") operates the IMGeAI mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

3. Specific AI Data Usage
Your generated images and prompts may be used to improve our AI models unless you opt-out in the settings. We do not share your private generated content publicly without your consent.
4. AI Image Processing & Storage
Images processed through our AI image analysis or image-to-image generation features are not stored on any external servers, with the sole exception of the chosen AI model provider. Any data shared with the AI model is subject to the data retention policies of the respective rights holder of that model. Apart from this, all generated or analyzed images are stored locally on your device. The Application retains access to these locally stored images until you choose to clear the application data or reset the application.
5. Data Retention
For users on the free plan, generated images and associated data are stored on our servers for a limited period (typically 30 days) to facilitate immediate access. After this period, such data is permanently deleted to optimize storage resources. Users with active paid subscriptions may benefit from extended or indefinite storage durations.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
